The ultimate goal of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment is to balance Yin and Yang by promoting the natural flow of Qi (energy) and Blood. Treatment involves acupuncture and a variety of techniques.
The 1st visit usually takes one hour 15 minutes. Following visits take 45 minutes. The needle insertion is virtually painless. Your wellbeing is my goal.
Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles into different points of the body. You may feel some heaviness, distention, tingling, or electric sensation. It is nearly painless. We only use ultra thin, sterile, one-time use, disposable needles.
Facial rejuvenation is the use of very fine needles in different points on the face to promote circulation and bring nutrition and healing energy to revive your face naturally.
Chakras are energy centers in our bodies and surrounding fields. When these centers are out of balance they work against each other. After balancing they work as one unit to help us experience our lives smoothly and efficiently.
Chinese herbal medicine is a primary component of TCM. It includes plants, minerals, and/or animal products in the form of raw herbs, pills, powders, capsules, or patches.
Depending on individual condition and need, we may use Qi-Gong (Breathing Exercise), Tui-Na (Chinese Massage), Moxibustion, Cupping, Essential Oils, Crystals, Dietary therapy, Electro-acupuncture, Meditation and more.
